Position descriptionJob titleFleet & Mobility OfficerFunctionCentral Services - Business Support 5Roles & ResponsibilitiesIn order to strengthen our Corporate HR Team, we are looking to recruit a Fleet & Mobility Officer.
The Fleet & Mobility Officer is responsible for the daily follow-up and administration of KPMG's company cars and alternative mobility solutions.Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the fleet & mobility initiatives of KPMG for internal stakeholders & external service providers;
  • Coordinate and maintain the mobility inventory via a web based mobility management software tool;
  • Process daily fleet requests such as, but not limited to, ordering new vehicles/fuel cards, vehicle transfers, vehicle termination requests, etc.;
  • Support KPMG members to determine & activate the best alternative mobility solution(s) according to their needs;
  • Coordinate and maintain documentation with regards to administration of the mobility policies, fleet insurance, and other applicable company, regulative or legislative requirements;
  • Auditing, coding, and submitting for payment monthly fleet related invoices;
  • Responsible for creating reports and data analysis;
  • Identify cost saving initiatives and work with the Mobility Manager to achieve those initiatives;
  • Assist the Mobility Manager during implementation of mobility policies, procedures, and initiatives.
LocationZaventem HQSkills & Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study is preferred;
  • A first experience in vehicle fleet administration or supply chain experience is an asset;
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office programs; moderate to advanced ability with Excel;
  • Ability to analyse and improve efficiency in HR processes;
  • Good project management skills;
  • Strong with figures and detailed data, analytical, creative problem solving;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Strong listening and communication skills, service minded attitude;
  • Able to work independently;
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
