You will be challenged to meet the requirements of Clients, come up with pragmatical designs that can be implemented quickly - but do it in line with the direction of our IT transformation. The Client Solutions Architect focuses on client success - but ensures what we provide is supportable, and does not contribute to technical debt.The work is vital to the success of all our strategic initiatives - a successful candidate will be a highly motivated professional with knowledge and experience in: product development, business requirements gathering, project & stakeholder management and of course HR tech.The objective of the role is to support the commercial packaging and implementation of Randstad's strategy to move to a globally harmonized way of serving our large, international clients consistently across the borders by aligning the digital functionalities of the existing Randstad tech stacks across Markets for both clients and talent to stay relevant in the market from a financial point of view. You will also help drive the Randstad IT transformation by feeding back large client expectations back internally and identifying where Randstad could pilot additional POCs as part of the IT transformation roadmap with large clients.responsibilities
The Client Solutions Architect focuses on creating designs that support our international clients, bridging the gaps in our existing tools and providing the clients with the best, unified experience practical.
As solutions architect your tasks will include:
working with the COE team to identify the requirements of our clients
working with the Randstad Enterprise IT team to use the tools already at our disposal
working with the local Randstad Markets to use the local solutions
working with the Global IT team to ensure the newly built solutions conform to our architecture, application security standards and are in line with the direction of our IT transformation
create high level designs
working with implementation and operations team to turn those designs into productionized, well supported solutions
providing input to Global IT and Randstad Enterprise IT on requirements and helping shape our IT strategy
who will you work with
You are a linking pin between the delivery teams, the product manager, the other program architects and the (local) business.
support & lead on transformational OTS projects for example:
Offshoring activities
Talent Marketing on OTS
Target Operating Models
Technology Implementations
Draft processes and approach for using a target operating model, compliance, costing analysis/pricing analysis, legal & compliance validation of talent models, validation from operations/global business services/operating companies, handover of any end to end documentation and access to all design assets
participate in client meetings and act as Sales lead counterpart - leading in workshops on OTS/PTS talent models, being assertive yet factual when explaining the pros and cons, especially taking time to formulate the ideal outcome.
Working with internal stakeholders to devise winning bid and solution strategies, understanding of appropriate tech stacks
Lead on solution strategy for Enterprise deals specifically across people management, location strategy, payroll strategy and technology stack design to ensure a market leading and evolving solution to the end client.

digital fluency with google or microsoft platforms e.g sheets, excel, slides etc.
