What does the role entail?As Maintenance Supervisor at CNH, you will be the driving force behind the daily maintenance policy within our production site. You will combine technical expertise with leadership to ensure an efficient, safe and future-oriented maintenance program. You will work closely with the maintenance engineering team and manage a team of technicians across several shifts.Your responsibilities include:Managing a team of +20 technicians per day across 3 shifts: day (early + late) and night shift.Coordinating 3 team leaders.Organizing morning meetings and following up on shift transfers.Participating in production and totem meetings to support KPIs and improvement actions.Manage the daily maintenance budget (hours, materials) in consultation with the Maintenance Engineer.Perform audits on team operations and follow up on attestations and certifications (BA4/BA5, forklift, quality inspections).Liaise with suppliers and contractors for external support.Support leave work during summer shutdown and ensure adequate manpower.Participate in TPM projects and switch from reactive to preventive maintenance.Supervise young technicians and encourage polyvalence within the team.Reporting to the Maintenance Manager.Who are we looking for?Education: Master's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent through experience.Experience:At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment.Leadership experience is required.Technical Skills:Strong technical understanding and practical application.Basic knowledge of Excel and Outlook.Knowledge of TPM and WCM methodology is an asset.Language skills: Dutch required, English is a plus.Personality:Strong communication skills, also in challenging situations.Structured, analytical and decisive.Positive attitude, team-oriented and motivating.Flexible and solution-oriented, with an eye for safety and quality.What do we offer you?A challenging position with a lot of responsibility within an international and innovative work environment.An attractive salary package with fringe benefits (meal and eco cheques, hospitalization and group insurance, cafeteria plan, bonus system, etc.)Room for personal development and advancement opportunities.A culture where safety, cooperation and continuous improvement are key.Would you like to join us in building the future of sustainable and smart agricultural machinery, contributing to the production of drivelines and gears using both older machines and modern robots?
