We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Service Delivery Officer fluent in English and French, with general Business knowledge and/or experience. The function plays a significant role in supporting our business growth and ensuring smooth office operations. You will support different departments with the administrative follow-up and prompt resolution of all queries associated with the fulfillment of consulting services. In addition, you will also be helping the team in charge of service delivery management to ensure our clients receive exceptional service.The work will be carried out on the company’s premises, in Brussels.Main Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Help manage client and consultant relationships and address inquiries or concerns.
  • Reach out to potential clients to schedule meetings and presentations, with direct supervision of the Service Delivery Management team.
  • Support the Service Delivery Management team with the development and implementation of business development strategies.
  • Handle general office management tasks such as answering phones, sorting and distributing incoming mail, maintaining office filing, and organizing meetings.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide information to staff, clients, and visitors.
  • Assist different departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Promote teamwork and build effective relationships with internal departments to address consultants’ and clients’ questions and expectations.
  • Participate in the overall business activity, by encouraging innovative and stimulating work environment evolutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English and French. Knowledge of other languages is an asset;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet use;
