Our client is looking for a Functional Analyst to join its team and work on tailor made solutions.A Functional Analyst at our client organization will have the following responsibilities :
Analyze and document key processes from our clients (for example : transportation, order to cash, inventory, supply, etc...).
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements and process optimizations.
Support the configuration and testing of software solutions to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions with end-users to promote effective adoption of new tools and processes.
Provide functional support and monitor system performance to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, workflows, and system configurations.
Ensure traceability and consistency across all phases of system implementation and process evolution.

Bachelor's or Master's degree
At least 2 years of experience
