
Chef de Projets - Automation (M/F)

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you actively contribute to the development of the Process Control product line across a variety of demanding industrial sectors.Your main responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the department's budgeting and supporting strategic objectives
- Analyzing specifications and proposing appropriate, innovative technical solutions
- Estimating project costs while balancing customer satisfaction and profitability
- Taking full technical and financial ownership of projects from A to Z
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders: clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Organizing and leading technical and follow-up meetings with clients
- Developing long-term, profitable, and trust-based relationships with partners
- Motivating and supporting teams with a strong collaborative dynamic
- Participating in strategic monitoring to evolve the offer and anticipate market needs
- You hold an engineering degree (Master's level or equivalent through experience), with a specialization in automation, control systems, or electrical engineering
- You have at least 8 years of experience in industrial automation projects
- You are proficient in technical environments and have solid knowledge of industrial processes
- You have hands-on experience with automation systems such as Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider
- You enjoy being involved in the early phases of a project - cost estimation and pre-sales energize and motivate you
- With excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust
