• You have 2 - 5 years of working experience within a consulting firm, industry, or governmental organization
• You have a degree in Data Analytics, AI or IT Engineering or in a strong relevant technical experience
• You have full working proficiency in Dutch (NL) or French and English
• Ability to effectively work across all phases of the project lifecycle
• Experience with performing analysis, consulting, and providing recommendations to clients
• Good knowledge of relevant technology concepts (e.g. cloud, databases, Business Intelligence, software development and integration)
• Good understanding of data modelling, integration and data architecture is an asset
• Strong communication skills, as well as excellent prioritization capabilities, problem-solving skills and you strive on interpersonal relationship building
• You are eager to further develop your people management skills, including managing a team of Technical Analysts, and supporting them in terms of career development
• You have experience with gathering, defining and documenting business and solution requirements for the enhancement, replacement, or introduction of IT systems
• You have experience with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
• You have experience in functional and technical design within Data Analytics and AI projects
• Ideally, you have experience with:

• analyzing systems and procedures , process design and modelling, and documenting 'As Is' and 'To Be' assessments for a Target Operating Model
• conducting workshops and interviews
• stakeholder management and working collaboratively with Development and Testing teams to deliver high quality solutions that meet client and user business needs
• delivery of large-scale business/technology programs
