You are an absolute whizz when it comes to platforms such as Brandwatch and are able to digest key insights and data into understandable analytics with strategic recommendations.What You’ll Do 📅As a Freelance Social Media Analyst you will be supporting the Social Insights Team to conduct social listening within Belgium in order to gather insights on a brand's social ecosystem, looking at consumer discussions and interests.
  • Deliver a social media insight reports, competitor analysis, social media campaign reports, reviews and strategic recommendations
  • Setup of social media tools, optimisation of social media data searches and queries
  • Deliver and present insights presentations on social media results for our clients, either in person or virtually
  • Meet with key stakeholders to help manage their insight needs, provide innovative ideas and recommendations
  • Interpret data into non-technical language for non-insights specialists and deliver social media analytics with recommendations
  • Tell stories with data, and summarise what is important to our clients
  • Exceed our clients’ expectations – Ensure that The Social Element maintains its market leader position in social – providing strategic, actionable insights for our clients
Requirements
  • Experience of Boolean queries in French, Dutch and German is a must
  • Experience in social media insights and strategy
  • Understand how to set up social tools e.g. creating and optimising social listening Boolean queries
  • Experience creating social media reports and report design, including chart building and data visualisation using Google Slides, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with tools such as Sprinklr and Brandwatch
  • Strong presentations skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Native or advanced level English
IT Policy 💻We operate a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Policy which means to carry out this work, your PC will need to meet the following requirements:
  • Operating system Windows 10 64bits or higher / MAC OS X version 13 (Ventura) or higher.
  • i5 8th generation or faster 64-bit (x64) processor
  • At least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
  • Internet speed is 20Mbps download / 1Mbps upload (50Mbps download / 5Mbps upload is recommended)
  • 40 GB available HDD (SSD recommended)
  • A Webcam and headset
  • Android or iOS device for 2FA
  • Chromebook, Linux and Cloud VMs are not supported. If you wanna run a local VM (virtual machine), you need to send us your computer specs and explain how you intend to do this.
