- Analytics Thought Leadership – Contribute to the Analytics Thought Leadership through stimulating the creation of novel business analytics approaches based on strong business insights and analytics expertise grass rooted from best in class industry approaches combined with country insights and experiences generated through business analyst team.
- Team and People Development – Ability to guide and inspire the team, set and articulate the vision on Patient Impact analytics relevant for countries, with the aim to maximize analytics impact creation, focusing our resources on the most meaningful and impactful projects. Coach and develop team and individual capabilities in adopting new approaches and technologies while increasing our influencing capabilities through personal development plans and objective settings
- Understanding the Patient Value Unit strategy (esp. area/country level) and translate Patient Impact objectives into team and individual objectives.
- Gain, maintain and apply a keen understanding of the patient ecosystems, products, and markets.
- Drives initiatives (in-)directly to strengthen successful Analytics impact creation.
- Contributes to Analytics Thought Leadership, and acts as a role model for analytical / insights generating programs.
- Coordinates and is managing cross country projects within expected timelines and budgets, ensures company’s resources are used efficiently.
- Responsible for developing and implementing the continuous improvement strategy. Leading, and managing the analytics transformation through the country Business Analysts.
- Advanced degree (Masters, PhD) in engineering, a biological, physical or social science, advanced analytics/data science, strategy or innovation OR an MBA from a top tier institution with significant experience.
- A minimum of 8 years’ work experience within the pharmaceutical industry and or consultancy firm.
- Strong experience in Go-to-Market analytics with excellent data landscape understanding, data and analytics technology solutions (PowerBI, Qlik, etc.)
- Leading teams / people management experience.
- Creative mindset: ability to think out of the box in terms of future requirements/innovations
- Effective communication capabilities which include, ability to challenge and influence.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
