Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
Assist with equipment installations and system upgrades
Review work orders, estimate materials/time, and track completion
Ensure compliance with safety codes and building regulations
Support energy efficiency initiatives across client sites
Communicate effectively with clients and team members

High school diploma or technical certification in electromechanics
At least 1 year of relevant experience in building maintenance or industrial environment
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites
Physically fit: able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on-site
Basic computer skills (MS Office) and strong organizational habits
Fluent in English
French and/or Dutch are a plus
