Manages 3 to 5 employees on the production line (in both the low care (raw meat) and high care (finished products) department)
Motivates your team to achieve the set targets together
Actively helps on the line: getting your hands dirty is part of the job
Ensures a good atmosphere and smooth collaboration every day
Always pays attention to safety and hygiene at every step
Your profileWho are you and who are we looking for in this position?
Safety and hygiene are your number 1 priority
You have some experience in a production environment, preferably in food
You feel comfortable in a leadership role (leadership experience is an advantage, but not a must)
You are strong in communication and like to take responsibility
You can express yourself well in French
