
Junior Finance Manager

- Responsible for proactively providing insights, analysis, and management information to the company to support / influence decision-making for the assigned area
- Analyse sales, margin, and cost data to provide actionable insights and highlight risks and opportunities.
- Assist in month-end reporting and variance analysis.
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to understand financial impacts of business decisions.
- Provide advice and support during the bidding phase up to the best and final offer (BAFO)
- Contribute to performance reviews of business units, including KPI tracking and dashboard reporting.
- Help develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Participate in ad hoc analysis and projects as required by senior finance or business leadership.
- Collaborating on the development and implementation of guidelines and instructions for new procedures and regulations
- Spends a significant percentage of time with the business unit
- Builds trust and strong relationships in both the business unit and the finance department
- Understands the business unit's goals and the key decisions required to achieve those goals
- Understands the structure of the group operating model (GOM) and the role of the business unit within that model
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in Finance and Business controlling, FP&A
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with SAP is a plus
- Strong commercial understanding, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with non-financial stakeholders
- Willingness to travel
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach
- Fluent in English, French and Dutch
- Knowledge of key customers, competitors, suppliers, and projects for the respective business area
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
