Then this internship within our Accounts Department might be the perfect fit for you!Our company is growing rapidly and operates in a constantly evolving business landscape. The Accounts department - which plays a central role in coordinating engine shop visits - is key to this transformation. During your internship, you'll contribute to two high-impact projects: the development of a proof-of-concept tool and the redesign of our procedural documentation system.Key Tasks:
1. Development of the 'Shop Visit Journey Tool' (Excel/VBA)
You will help build a tool that maps out the full 150-day engine shop visit timeline.
  • Structure the shop visit process in Excel using VBA.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand process needs.
  • Test the tool using real-world scenarios and gather feedback.
  • Assist in defining specifications for the future web-based version of the tool.
2. Analysis and Redesign of Procedures and Documentation
You will support the Accounts team in mapping, analyzing, and updating key departmental procedures.
  • Document current processes in collaboration with various teams.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Update procedural documents and align them with current operations.
  • Help integrate revised procedures into the company-wide documentation system.
Parlons de vousYour Profile:
  • Current student (3rd-year Bachelor or 1st-year Master) in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proficient in Excel VBA with a solid understanding of automation principles.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills; able to turn complex input into structured solutions.
  • Confident communicator, capable of gathering insights from diverse teams.
  • Team player, flexible, and able to adapt to a changing project environment.
  • Please note: this is a standalone internship and cannot be combined with a thesis or graduation project.
Offer:
  • 3 months internship contract - starting as soon as possible.
  • Availability to work on-site in Brussels at least one day per week, over a minimum of three months (longer availability is welcome).
