- SDR Strategy: as first sales development representative for the MMC team, define with your team the best strategy to apply to develop the business as much as possible
- Lead Generation: research and identify potential customers through various channels, such as online research, social media, industry events and utilize prospecting tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Outreach: conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers.
- Qualification: qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring alignment with the company's target customer profile and clearly articulate Odoo's value proposition and key differentiators to potential customers.
- Appointment Setting: schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the MMC team, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Sales Collaboration: collaborate with the Key Accound Mid-Market & Corporate team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline and provide valuable insights into customer needs and preferences to enhance the overall sales strategy.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system and provide regular reports on lead generation and qualification activities.
- Master in Business
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Consulting or technology Sales
- English & French
- Strong business knowledge & sales skills
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in IT and ERP
- Work permit for Belgium
