Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and possess strong business acumen. Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge.
Lead and deliver quality SAP data management projects or workstreams.
Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels
Engagement delivery: roles vary from engagement to engagement, but are likely to include techno-functional analysis, data analysis, solution design, and end to end implementation management. As a Manager you can expect significant people leadership responsibilities and will face off to senior members of client teams.
Solution development: contributing to a number of ways to the solutions that we bring to market to address the needs of our client. This could entail research, design of prototypes, software engineering and testing, engage with technical teams to architect analytics solutions with recommendations for design and implementation.
Business development; including the development of long-term trusted advisor relationships with our clients. You will also work on proposals and, from time to time, support thought leadership that we issue to the market.
Solution Architect in the field of SAP MDG and configuration of master data for MDG C/V/M/F scope.
Responsible for the implementation of SAP solutions, conducting FIT-GAP workshops, system configurations, test preparation, user training, support for the master data team and data migration, post go-live support
Good knowledge & exposure on Data Quality remediation procedure & analysts.
Experience in Master Data Consolidation
Responsible for process design, configuration and assistance with testing
Responsible for making solution recommendations considering scope and client requirements.
Prepare the Business blueprint document as per the requirement.
Prepare the functional specifications and ensure delivery of objects as per the timelines.
Create configuration documents and training documents.
Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, multi-vendor computing environments.
Provide advice and support for the definition of Data Standards across Master Data Objects
Executed data model enhancements, Functional validation and assisted in BRF & UI enhancements

Skills and attributes for success:On your typical engagement, you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.Who are we looking for in this role?

A bachelor's degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
At least 5 years of SAP experience in SAP Master Data Management experience specializing in SAP Master Data Governance
At least 2 year as a SAP Data Lead-leading a team to deliver data migration solutions and Master Data Governance (MDG)
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members
Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific finance and technology functions
Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
A willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of a work schedule to meet client needs

Ideally, you'll also have:

Prior consulting industry experience
SAP Certification/s
Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module
