Accounting part:
  • Ensuring correct booking of customer orders and invoicing of the delivered goods
  • Booking account statements and purchase invoices
  • Drawing up and following up payment reminders for customers
  • Formatting payments
  • Assisting with the end-of-year audit of the auditors
Customer Service part:
  • Handling complaints regarding deliveries
  • Informing customers about any shortages in stock and offering solutions to the customers
  • Answering customer questions about orders and deliveries
  • Centralize and process all kinds of customer complaints about invoicing, delivery, stock and products
  • Reception of visitors
