• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a dynamic cross-functional team of technical risk, product sustainability, and digital innovation experts. Foster collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
• Sustainable Care Pledge Implementation: Collaborate closely with the Sanofi CHC Sustainability team and key stakeholders to execute the CHC Sustainable Care Pledge Strategy. Integrate sustainability into every facet of our work.
• Sustainable by Design Program: Drive the implementation of our Sustainable by Design program. Embed product sustainability within our Strategy, Brand, Product Innovation, Portfolio Management, and Transparency efforts.
• Brand Sustainability Alignment: Support the Science Hub, Grow Hub, Procurement, and Manufacturing & Supply teams. Review brand sustainability maturity, align the brand sustainability roadmap, steward the innovation process, and ensure end-to-end delivery of sustainability KPIs.
• Championing Sustainability Challenges: Tackle product and materials sustainability challenges head-on. Focus on sustainable procurement, sustainable raw/packaging materials, resource efficiency, and eco-design of products.
• Safe and Sustainable Ingredients: Promote the use of safe and sustainable ingredients. Lead the implementation of Sanofi CHC's Clean and Transparency strategy.
• Strategic Insights: Marry your strategic acumen with scientific insights. Bring relevant sustainability perspectives from consumers, customers, patients, trade associations, NGOs, and regulators. Drive long-term business interests.
• Project Management Support: Provide critical project management support to our innovation and portfolio management teams. Your expertise will drive successful product launches.

• Advanced Degree: Hold a Ph.D. or equivalent in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, materials science, environmental science, or related fields.
• Sustainable Regulatory: UNSDG, UN Global Framework on Chemicals, EU Green Deal, Safe and Sustainable by Design Framework, International/regional sustainable regulatory framework
• Chemical Regulatory: UN GHS, EU REACH/CLP, hazard/risk assessment.
• Environmental Sustainability: Lifecycle assessment (LCA), eco design, resource efficiency.
• Digital Innovation. Design, implementation and deployment of enterprise solutions and digital tools in SAP, VEEVA environments.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and French. Effective communication across borders is essential.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills. Keep projects on track and deliver results.
• Data-Driven: Proficient in data analysis and modeling tools. Leverage data to drive informed decisions.
