Key Responsibilities & Scope :
Oversee operations across 3 country clusters: France, Belgium, Netherlands (5 full automated logistics warehouses across 3 countries)
Directly manage 5 site managers; indirectly manage 300 employees
Lead development and execution of regional operational strategies aligned with company goals
Drive operational excellence, consistency, and cross-border alignment
Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Optimize resource utilization, cost efficiency, and service quality across 5 automated warehouses
Support integration of new volumes and space planning
Ensure compliance with HSE, legal, and quality standards (BRC/HACCP)
Manage supplier relationships and financial accuracy (invoicing, budgeting)
Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Quality)
Represent operations in client meetings and strengthen customer relations
Lead regional transformation, digitalization, and change management projects

Dilpoma : Bachelor or Master degree
Experience : 10+ proven years of experience in operations management or similar leadership role
Languages skills : Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory), French is an asse
Experience in logistics environments, specifically in warehousing operations (excluding production and industrial sectors). Knowledge of the agri-food sector is considered an asset
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication abilities
Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office
Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement
Professional representation of the company in all circumstances
