We're looking for an experienced and driven Bar Manager to join our team in Ghent as part of a brand new to market bar thats opening soon.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing hospitality group known for quality, creativity, and a strong team spirit.What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in bar or hospitality management
Fluent in Dutch and English
Strong administrative skills, including:
Staff scheduling
Inventory management
Payroll coordination
A hands-on leader who inspires the team and leads by example
Someone organized, reliable, and passionate about great service
