As a Restaurant Manager Trainee, you will gain unique insights into the daily management of a top hotel restaurant. You will support both operational and strategic tasks and will have the opportunity to take on responsibilities in a professional, guest-focused environment. This role allows you to further develop your leadership, organizational, and communication skills.What will you do?
Support the daily operational management of the restaurant
Assist with staff scheduling and resource coordination
Help coach and motivate the team, including feedback and training
Contribute to service quality and guest satisfaction
Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control
Assist in organizing events, promotions, and special projects
Report to the Restaurant Manager and actively contribute ideas for process and service improvements
Who are we looking for?
You are currently studying Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
You are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and guest-oriented
You enjoy working both independently and in a team
You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English
You are proactive, organized, and able to take responsibility
You have an eye for detail and service quality
