The team ensures that internal customer operates with minimum resource, handling & touch points. This with full focus is on providing seamless hejunka service to the mobility customer matching ETA expectations.Your responsibilitiesTo lead the maintenance team towards building a pro-active maintenance scheme & investment plan, guaranteeing safe healthy sustainable operations, meeting environmental & compliance challenges and support smooth & lean operations at optimum cost.
Inspect periodically conducted / preventive maintenance and coach members
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
Supervise and request development by contractor for maintenance technicians
Conduct inspections during operations on procedures & applications by maintenance members (behavioural checks)
Inspect and maintain racking systems and supervise application of legal required processes
Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. warehouse reborn)
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
