As a Senior SharePoint Consultant, you will play a key role in operational support, knowledge transfer, and sustainable governance of the SharePoint and Power Platform environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Support
Address technical backlog and respond to user requests
Support ongoing and upcoming SharePoint projects (e.g., intranet, migrations)
Design and develop solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Reduce the operational workload of the existing team
2. Knowledge Transfer & Training
Mentor and train colleagues on:
SharePoint development and management
Power Apps and Power Automate
SharePoint architecture and service desk operations
Actively participate in internal training initiatives and promote knowledge sharing
Draft technical documentation, procedures, and standards
3. Governance & Structural Integration
Contribute to the implementation of SharePoint governance (access rights, data classification, lifecycle management)
Support the professionalization of SharePoint management and control structures
Help integrate knowledge management and processes sustainably into the organization
Required Profile:Must-Have Qualifications
5 to 9 years of proven experience with SharePoint Online
Strong command of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring internal teams
Technical skills in developing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
Excellent communication and pedagogical skills
Structured, proactive, and methodical approach to work
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Good understanding of SharePoint governance, document management, and information architecture
Experience in project-oriented or public/semi-public sector environments
Experience in drafting and implementing procedures and standards
Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch is highly valued
