A European not-for-profit organization, based in Brussels, is looking to develop further its activities and therefore its internal teams with the opening of a Business Controller position.The Business Controller is a key figure in managing the organization's budgetary processes and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Responsible for providing comprehensive financial reports to all budget holders and management
  • Budget Process ownership: Design and implement effective budget models for departments and the entire company, taking ownership of the budget process and procedures
  • Funding Monitoring & Reporting: supervise and control overall funding by developing quality data metrics, ensuring that project data output meets reporting needs
  • Budget Allocation & Proposal Management: allocate budget to different cost centers, review and align funder proposal with the overall organization budget

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance / economics / business management
  • Min 3 years of experience in Financial Audit or Business Controlling
  • Expertise in financial analysis, budget preparation and process management are real advantages
  • Excellent command of English and good command of French
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with multi stakeholders' management // Business Partner
  • Analytic and problem solving
