- You develop IBA's Unique Value Proposition and key differentiating messages in the competitive landscape
- You tailor our messages to all stakeholders: clinical, technical and economic buying influencers
- You liaise with Product Management and the Commercial Team to develop and collect clinically inspired, data driven proofs to substantiate our claims and rebut competitive ones
- You deliver impactful sales support tools to illustrate our claims and the associated proofs
- You liaise with Product Management and clinical solutions to promote new developments and to provide commercial input into the roadmap
- You analyze market and business trends and make strategic recommendations; aware of our competitive market
- You drive and leverage marketing activities (digital campaigns, tradeshows, website, internal/external communication materials, …) to claim market and thought leadership
- You promote Excellence in marketing deliverables for inside and outside stakeholders
- You ensure and enhance a consistent branding compliant with corporate/other standards
- You manage relationships with suppliers / industry
- You report and counsel (advice & decisions in daily business)
- A Master Degree or equivalent by experience in product management or marketing
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- At least one experience in a medical devices industry or contacts with hospitals or the medical environment
- A relevant experience in an international environment
- Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills in English
- Experience in people management is not required but an asset (currently 2 colleagues in the team)
- Results-oriented, and driven by ensuring excellent customer experience
