Production Worker Finishing & Assembly

Your task package consists of deburring pieces, making openings with milling and sawing machines, drilling holes, and carefully packaging finished products.
In addition, you assist the operator in removing and internally transporting pieces. You work in a warm production environment where physical work is central, with products weighing between 5 and 100 kg (you do have aids for this).
Together with your colleagues, you ensure a smooth workflow, where team spirit and following procedures are essential.
You are actively involved in continuously improving work processes and contribute to the quality of the final product.
You work in a two-shift system, where flexibility and cooperation are central. Initially, you may start in the day shift to get to know the work well, but the intention is to work in shifts.
You support your colleagues where necessary and contribute to a positive working atmosphere in a growing SME.Your profileYou are a handy and active team player who enjoys working with colleagues and is not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
You have experience or aptitude for working with electric hand tools such as drills, milling, and sawing machines.
You have an eye for detail and like to deliver quality work.
You understand the importance of following procedures so that the work proceeds smoothly and correctly.
You realize that this job is physically challenging and that you handle products up to 100 kg in a production environment that is warm all year round.
