What we value most is common sense, initiative, and the courage to take ownership.What will you do?As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be the right hand of our CFO. You’ll support him in his daily operations and make sure everything runs smoothly. This includes:Managing the agenda and following up on appointments.Screening, drafting, and sending emails on behalf of the CFO.Taking meeting minutes and tracking action items.Supporting project management and keeping an overview of deadlines.Helping to coordinate events and ensuring seamless organization.Stepping in flexibly for practical tasks that keep the team moving forward.Who are you?You have a natural affinity with the equestrian world and enjoy being part of it.Dutch is your main language, but you also communicate fluently in English (French or German is a plus).Communicative, eager to learn, and able to set priorities.Quick to pick things up, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative.Comfortable working with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Open to occasionally taking on practical tasks if it helps the team succeed.What’s in it for you?A unique opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced international company at the top of its industry.A role close to senior management, where you’ll have real impact.A dynamic work environment where sport, ambition, and teamwork go hand in hand.Variety, responsibility, and plenty of room to grow.Does this sound like your next challenge?
