A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a proactive Trade Compliance Analyst to support the EMEA Trade Compliance Operations team during a 6-month contract. You'll help manage customs operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency across our global trade activities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily customs clearance to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
  • Resolve import/export issues with carriers, brokers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor customs broker performance and drive service improvements.
  • Maintain and review trade documentation, licenses, and classification data.
  • Support internal and external audits, post-entry corrections, and data accuracy.
  • Create and manage purchase orders; review and approve related invoices.
  • Track customs KPIs and maintain dashboards for operational insights.
  • Contribute to trade compliance projects (e.g., broker transitions, regulatory changes).
  • Standardize and improve trade processes in coordination with global teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in trade compliance, customs, or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade processes.
  • Skilled in Excel; comfortable with MS Teams and collaboration tools.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
