You will manage and supervise the Sub-Chapter of the SAP Consultants and you will be responsible to develop, ensure the implementation of (best practices, tools and frameworks within the sub-chapter, in line with organizational guidelines, in order to support the product teams with functional excellence and realize the sub-chapter objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the performance of our team of internal and external SAP consultants.
- Coordinate, develop, motivate, and coach chapter members by using the defined HR policies provided by the HR department.
- Lead contract negotiations and consultant renewals, ensuring the best value and expertise for the organization.
- Source, recruit, and hire the right talent for the SAP sub-chapter in line with the product team requirements and strategy of the SAP chapter organization.
- Contribute with your technical SAP knowledge to the assessment of product requirements and delegate tasks to consultants, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the product organization.
- Implement strategies to reduce dependency on individual consultants, including knowledge transfer initiatives and comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate with SAP chapter management and product stakeholders for assessments and ongoing improvements.
- Address resource issues promptly and ensure the team is adequately equipped to meet demands of the products.
- Travel requirements 10-15%
- Extensive experience in SAP consultancy (5+ years), with a focus on finance products.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage contracts.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to strategize and implement initiatives aimed at improving team performance and reducing dependency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
