Our ambition is to become one of the leading players in digital technology in Europe.In our AI team data scientists, data engineers and analytics translators support the Proximus group in creating AI-driven solutions for business problems. Our CS teams manage cyber threats and define strategies to minimise cyber risk and protect our clients' assets.What can you expect from this internship?Proximus Ada is looking for an intern with a strong business acumen to support us in assessing the operational and business value generated by our Cybersecurity services toward the Proximus Group & external partners by performing business analysis, market benchmarks, defining KPI's and objective measurement tools & dashboarding. You will have support of relevant experts during your mission.You are:
A student in a relevant field (Master of Business Engineering, Management Sciences, Finance, or similar fields).
Comfortable with basic Cybersecurity & IT concepts.
Fast learner, independent and solution builder.
Fluent in English. English is our day-to-day language. Dutch and/or French is a plus.
Eager to take ownership of your project and willing to take initiative.
You will:
Perform a literature review.
Conduct an E2E business analysis.
Define measurable and relevant KPI's.
Perform market research and write documentation about best practices.
Build a scoreboard & dashboard to get an overview of CS services value generated.
