Coach and support the R&D engineers in selection and use of R&D and quality methods and standards such as Gate model, DFMEA and PFMEA, DoE, PPAP, CtQ and othersDevelop the R&D Quality and Reliability community within the R&D organizationProactively collaborate with other BU functions to ensure quality across the entire value chain to fulfill the customer requirementsContinuously drive improvement of processes and tools with effective definitions, measurements and controlsLive core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the businessYour backgroundEngineering graduate degree, M.Sc. preferredExperience in product development or quality & operationExpert knowledge in governance models for product development and design tools such as DFSS, FMEA and DoESix-Sigma green-belt or black-belt (or equivalent, e.g. Operational Excellence Program graduate) desirableProven leadership, people management and change management skillsIntegrating character, team player and strong communication skillsFluent in EnglishAvailable to travel internationally on occasion ( 20%)
