What we're looking forTo strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager - Full-time - Based in AntwerpResponsibilitiesAs assistant to the Sales Manager, you are of course focused on excellent customer service. Your contribution promotes the functioning of the Sales category and contributes to achieving the sales targets.Each day is different, but you can expect the following activities:Keeping all data up-to-date with regard to these customers such as prices, sales orders and contracts.You are always looking for ways to optimize the partnerships, preparing annual meetings with them, implementing improvement projects and strategies.You assist the Sales Manager in preparing product sheets, price lists, tenders, etc.Through your analyses we see clear patterns and can interpret the results even better.You assist in obtaining optimal stock and deliveries for your customers, monitor the right supplier and product mix. You also work proactively in case of slow-running stock.You follow up the collaboration with our customers in detail like a one to call SPOC, from request to correct invoicing.This is youYou can fall back on a Master's degree in an economic field or can rely on similar experience.You have a hands on mentalityYou are fluent in Dutch, English and FrenchYou have strong written and verbal communication skillsYou can work with different peopleAs a good coordinator you have a helicopter view and can easily zoom in to get all the details right.You can demonstrate that you meet our core competencies.
