Job Description:Fortinet is looking for an experienced and dynamic Employee Relations Partner to join its EMEA HR Team. The Employee Relations Partner will provide critical legal and strategic support on a wide range of employment matters within a global and multi-cultural context.This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international, and rewarding environment!The position reports to the Manager of Employee Relations for EMEA based in France.Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and drive the periodic meetings with the staff representative institutions.
  • Provide consultation and coaching to the HR professionals, employees and managers related to complex performance management, compliance and investigations, conflict resolution, and employee terminations.
  • Partner with managers and outside counsels to resolve Employee litigations.
  • Own employment law aspects of HR / Business projects.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of local policies (working time, internal regulations …).
  • Participate in M&A projects.
  • Provide guidance for employee conversions / new Legal entities.
  • Monitor legal & regulatory regulations (DEI, CBAs, Employment Laws).
  • Regularly review and update the employment documents in EMEA (job offers, employment contracts, …) as per local legal requirements and best practices.
  • Lead Health and Safety HR-related activities.
  • Assist Sales Desk & CSR with HR / Employment laws aspects of RFPs.
Required Skills:
  • Significant experience in employment law acquired in an international environment
  • Significant experience in managing social relations and driving meetings with staff representatives
  • Bilingual English and Dutch
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to adapt and work well in a very fast-paced environment
Education:
  • Master degree in Employment Law
