- Prepare and drive the periodic meetings with the staff representative institutions.
- Provide consultation and coaching to the HR professionals, employees and managers related to complex performance management, compliance and investigations, conflict resolution, and employee terminations.
- Partner with managers and outside counsels to resolve Employee litigations.
- Own employment law aspects of HR / Business projects.
- Conduct detailed reviews of local policies (working time, internal regulations …).
- Participate in M&A projects.
- Provide guidance for employee conversions / new Legal entities.
- Monitor legal & regulatory regulations (DEI, CBAs, Employment Laws).
- Regularly review and update the employment documents in EMEA (job offers, employment contracts, …) as per local legal requirements and best practices.
- Lead Health and Safety HR-related activities.
- Assist Sales Desk & CSR with HR / Employment laws aspects of RFPs.
- Significant experience in employment law acquired in an international environment
- Significant experience in managing social relations and driving meetings with staff representatives
- Bilingual English and Dutch
- Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to adapt and work well in a very fast-paced environment
- Master degree in Employment Law
