Together with the Solution Architect and the System Designer you will organize the work of your Upstream team. You will secure the proper hand-over of the Features to the applicable downstream development team(s), which in turn cut the Features into User Stories.As such, you are the spokesperson of trust for the business client, demonstrating expertise on the level of underlying processes and applications.QualificationsProfileAs a Requirements Engineer/Entry Point you’re the one we’re looking for if you have:
  • A good sense of humour
  • An economic background with strong affinities with processes and their automation through applications, or vice versa
  • Active knowledge of (at least) one national language (FR/NL) and English, combined with a good understanding of the other national language
  • Customer focus and a strong ability to (actively) listen
  • Experience/eagerness to learn about development of processes through IBM’s Business Automation Workflow platform, and willing to play the role of lead of a 3 person squad
  • The eagerness to develop, to look for new solutions and to learn proactively
  • Strong team player skills
  • Innovative genes: someone who thinks out of the box and likes to offer new ideas and solutions while remaining pragmatic
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is considered a strong asset
