In the medium to long term, there are real opportunities for growth, also within the Dossche group of companiesThis is what you will be able to do with us:You are responsible for the entire quality process within the company;You write procedures to increase quality and also apply them effectively;You develop, improve and ensure compliance with food safety regulations;You coordinate, audit and continuously investigate the implementation of food safety standards;You strive for continuous optimization of the systems through consultation with the various internal services;You carry out both internal and external audits;You stimulate, motivate and show employees the importance of quality within the company;You identify and communicate about food safety risks on the work floor and provide advice on food safety programs;You inform and advise the management about any necessary investments in the field of quality.This is you: Do the check.You have an Engineering degree preferably in food, biochemistry or chemistry or are equivalent through experience;Ideally you can present 5 years of experience in a similar position;Language skills are important.
