Our successful candidate will get a well-rounded experience in many important aspects of the Brand & Partnerships function learning from some of the best people in their respective fields.At the end of this internship, the ideal candidate will be able to navigate the complex world of Brand Marketing across all its major building blocks, gaining experience in Influencer relations, social media strategy, analytics and reporting, events, and brand partnerships.What you’ll be doing
- Influencer Research and Outreach: Conduct research to identify relevant influencers and creators who align with our brand values and target audience. Engage in outreach efforts to establish and nurture relationships with potential partners.
- Content Collaboration: Assist in developing creative content ideas and campaigns in collaboration with influencers. Coordinate content creation, review, and approval processes to ensure brand alignment.
- Campaign Management: Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to analyze the effectiveness of collaborations.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing and curating content for our social media platforms. Monitor comments, messages, and interactions to maintain a positive and engaging brand image.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize social media analytics tools to assess platform performance, identify trends, and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to propose innovative ideas and strategies.
- Partnership Documentation: Help with administrative tasks related to influencer contracts, agreements, and logistics for collaborations.
- Is eligible to work as an intern in Belgium
- Has professional working proficiency in English
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and the role of influencers in brand promotion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Later, Metricool etc.) is a plus.
- Passion for pop culture, trends, and staying ahead in the digital landscape.
