Our client is a Belgian company, active internationally and specializing in the real estate development, looking for a new Deputy Finance Manager.As the Deputy Finance Manager, you are part of a team of 3 controllers and work on a portfolio of several projects.Your main tasks consist in the :
Finance Business Partnering to the CFO & Project Managers, supporting them on the financial structuring of the projects & their monthly financial monitoring.
Preparation of the budgets & forecasts, with analysis of the variances.
Analysis of revenue & costs per country and project.
Consolidation of the several entities / companies.
Coordination of the controlling activities for the different countries.
Preparation of the managerial reporting on a quarterly basis.
Close collaboration with the accounting department in the closing process.
Support on the preparation of the financial statements.
Participation to the implementation of new tools & optimization of the internal processes to professionalize the department.

Master's Degree in Finance / Management / Business Engineering
5-10 years of experience in Audit and/or Controlling
An experience in the Real Estate or Construction sector is a plus
Fluent in French & English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus

Good Business Partnering & communication skills
Able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
