- Lead the implementation of SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for our clients.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on payroll process design, configuration, and customization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, finance, and IT to integrate payroll solutions with existing systems.
- Configure SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors ECP modules to accommodate the customers payroll requirements.
- Customize payroll schemas, rules, and workflows to align with client-specific needs.
- Develop and maintain payroll interfaces, reports, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
