  • Increase volume, profit, distribution, market share by deploying the right Moët Hennessy portfolio assortment in the right point of sales in the Mass Retail Channel in Belgium.
  • Develop & maintain strong trade relationships with key trade partners & their staff
  • Plan and conduct annual negotiations with Key accounts like Delhaize, Carrefour (supported by the Off Trade Sales Director BE NL).
  • To manage all day-to-day operational activities at KA, with a strong focus on building relations with individual stores, in line with Company goals and priorities
  • Develop and implement sales plans with Key accounts.
  • Increase distribution/listings with existing customers and grow market share
  • Analyze performance & provide market insights
  • Track and analyze sales data (sell-in/sell-out), market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • As the market lead for mass-retail channel, gather insights, share critical information, and stay in close collaboration with various departments.
  • Focus on band building
  • Play an active role in implementing brand strategies in the respective sales area.
  • Executing brand strategies, promotional activities, and in-store activations to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Represent Moët Hennessy portfolio
  • The Off-trade Account Manager acts as a Brand Ambassador representing the Moët Hennessy portfolio.
Candidate's Profile
  • Strong experience in sales dealing with mass retail.
  • Thorough understanding of Off-Trade sector (not limited to wines & spirits, but could also be from beer or soft drink industry)
  • Good knowledge of local trade practices
  • Passion for wines & spirits and interest in the luxury segment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, as the role includes direct oversight of one team member.
  • Strong analytical skills - Data processing and Excel skills
  • Advanced negotiation skills
