Account Manager Belgium (Flemish Region)

- Visiting existing customers on a regular basis (according to the visit frequencies determined by management) and building commercial relationships with prospects, in order to increase turnover and reach a maximum of sales compared to the potential.
- Knowing the products, their uses and the environment in which they are used, both for Hartmann products and those of the competition and being able to make the translation between the external demand and the internal possibilities.
- Promoting Hartmann's products portfolio both from a commercial and from a technical standpoint.
- Giving training (digital) on Hartmann's products to end-users.
- Ensuring our products and services are used correctly by the clients.
- Keeping Hartmann's customer database up to date.
- Regularly reporting to the Sales Manager and the Key Account Manager responsible for the same region.
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience preferably in the healthcare/medical sector or any other relevant industry.
- You have experience with tenders and understand how they work.
- You are fluent in French and Dutch and have basic communication skills in English (read/write emails, participate in meetings).
- You have an extensive knowledge of MS Office.
- You recognize yourself in the following competencies: high performance, customer-oriented and you are a passionate team player.
- You are commercially smart and have strong communication and presentation skills.
- You have a positive mindset, you can empathize with the customer, you are a good listener and you ask the right questions.
- Your reporting skills (Excel, CRM, etc.) are excellent.

- You are able to plan you work effectively, make decisions and take initiatives.
