Overview:Linesight is seeking an experienced PUF (Pads, Utilities, Foundations) Lead to oversee the successful delivery of early works packages on a major construction project. This role is key to establishing the foundation for vertical construction, including the coordination and execution of building pads, site-wide utilities, and all foundation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong civil and infrastructure background with a proven ability to lead complex enabling works scopes in a fast-paced environment. The Opportunity:In this role you will:
Lead the delivery of the PUF scope: building pads, site-wide utilities (power, water, drainage, etc.), and structural foundations
Coordinate design reviews and ensure construction documents reflect site conditions and constructability
Manage and oversee subcontractors and vendors performing PUF works, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality expectations
Interface with other package leads (CSA, MEP, BIM, etc.) to ensure seamless handover from PUF to main works
Monitor progress, track milestones, and produce regular reporting to the Construction Manager and Project Controls
Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and client specifications
Participate in risk reviews, method statement evaluations, and installation inspections
Coordinate with design consultants and client teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges on site
Support ground investigations, testing, and validation of installed works during commissioning/handover

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
8+ years’ experience delivering civil and infrastructure works on large-scale construction projects
Deep knowledge of groundworks, utilities, earthworks, drainage, and structural foundations
Proven leadership in early works / enabling works scopes on data centre, pharma, or industrial projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and interfaces across CSA and MEP disciplines
Familiar with European construction codes and permitting requirements
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and drive safety, quality, and productivity in parallel
Fluent in English; additional European language skills (Dutch, German, French) a plus
