Subcontracting of parts
- You verify the existence of an external industrial repair plan with a supplier designated by the Group within the framework of a framework agreement.
- You manage the administrative status of the part, including subcontracted sending and "remove from service" (PNR) procedures.
- You create, print, and attach the Purchase Order (PO) to the part, ensuring compliance with technical and logistical requirements.
- For engines, you also create service POs (e.g., test bench, borescopy) and ensure their proper monitoring.
- You manage the administrative aspects of the FAI (First Article Inspection).
- You ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents sent to and received from suppliers, up until the completion of the "incoming inspection" of the parts
- You monitor supplier performance and directs them (deadline, quality, cost).
- You ensures that the supplier submits an inspection report and a quote within the agreed deadlines (On time quote).
- You ensure that agreed contractual and specific conditions are respected.
- You monitor and direct engine completion for subcontracted parts.
- You make sure that the information received from the supplier is completed in the ERP and
- shared.
- You find out and confirm the standard exchanges offered by suppliers.
- You address any deviations identified during the incoming inspection with the supplier.

- Upper secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of common software (MS Office), ERP, and specific SAESB programs.
- Understanding of various aircraft engine parts and the subcontracting process for external repairs.
- Ability to work conscientiously, following administrative and quality instructions.
- Capable of anticipating and analyzing problems, assessing potential consequences, and proposing practical solutions.
- Ability to independently organize, distribute, and control your own work, escalating issues when necessary.
- Proficient in Dutch and/or French and English.
