Our client is seeking a Senior Complaints Associate to join their team.Manage and oversee end-to-end handling of complex claims, ensuring fair and timely resolution.Ensure compliance with local and EEA regulatory requirements in claims and complaints management.Act as escalation point for sensitive or high-value cases, providing technical expertise and guidance.Conduct detailed analysis of claims data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.Support and coach junior claims associates, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development.Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, intermediaries, external partners, and regulators.Prepare and deliver internal and regulatory reports with accurate claims and complaints data.Represent the company in discussions with external stakeholders, including dispute resolution bodies.Global insurance market, specialized in complex risks Senior Complaints associateBachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Insurance, Finance, Risk Management, or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance claims handling, compliance, or complaints management.Solid knowledge of insurance policies (life and non-life), claims processes, and regulatory frameworks.Experience liaising with regulators or supervisory authorities is a strong advantage.Certifications in insurance (e.g. CII) or compliance are a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Our client is a global insurance market specializing in complex risks, with a European subsidiary based in Brussels
