- Develop a comprehensive cross-product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Lead the development, implementation, and upkeep of data platforms leveraging cloud technologies (such as Google Native Services) or third-party applications.
- Direct digital product managers and their cross-functional teams in conceptualizing, constructing, and launching products.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis in collaboration with domain architects to pinpoint opportunities and customer needs.
- Provide guidance to digital product managers in defining product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Manage various business stakeholders involved in product planning, benefits realization, and performance outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to architecture principles across different product architectures and seamless integration of products into the overall Enterprise Architecture (encompassing processes, applications, data, and IT foundations).
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure and analyze product performance, facilitating informed decision-making processes.
- Establish an effective operating and organizational model for executing both transformation projects and ongoing operations.
- Oversee the budgeting for various digital products, including managing external partners for product delivery.
- Ensure timely and seamless delivery of transformation and operational projects by closely collaborating with IT departments, including the Transformation Office, IT Foundation, and Digital Product teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to inform strategic decision-making and maintain competitiveness.
- Masters degree
- 7+ years of experience in Data & Analytics technologies and digital product management
- Proven track record of successfully developing and maintaining digital products (Data applications) or platforms
- Familiar with Enterprise Architecture and architectures within the Data domain
- Knowledge of data Integration concepts and technologies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies
- Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities
