Safety & Environment (SHE): Lead by example in safety behavior, implement improvement programs, and ensure full compliance with internal and external standards.
Quality & Service: Guarantee timely delivery of products that meet specifications, resolve quality issues swiftly, and drive service level optimization.
Financial Performance: Manage budgets, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and use data to identify and eliminate losses.
People & Leadership: Foster engagement, develop talent, and build a strong communication culture across the site.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure the plant's direction is aligned with broader company strategy, including capex, legal, and operational governance.
Profile
Senior profile with experience in manufacturing in a multinational.
Proven leadership skills and hands-on mindset.
Experience with TPM and improvement programs is a plus
Fluent in English, second language Dutch or French.
