- Ensure supply security and ensure terminal activities can be executed at any time, while ensuring facility safety, operation, maintenance, and personnel management.
- The LNG Terminal (Liquefied Natural Gas) is the second largest LNG terminal in continental Europe.
- Supervise the LNG terminal and implement the company's annual objectives.
- Mentor directors, promote a feedback culture, and develop team skills.
- Ensure daily terminal operations comply with budget and legal standards.
- Promote safety and prevent accidents/incidents.
- Drive strategic projects such as continuous improvement and energy transition.
- Master's in engineering (specialization in electromechanical/electricity, energy, or chemistry).
- 10-15 years of experience in managing industrial sites.
- Proven experience in team management and communication.
- Critical thinking and ability to handle stress.
- Languages : Proficiency in French & Dutch , good English
- Availability to reside in Belgium and commute daily to French border.
