  • Ensure supply security and ensure terminal activities can be executed at any time, while ensuring facility safety, operation, maintenance, and personnel management.
  • The LNG Terminal (Liquefied Natural Gas) is the second largest LNG terminal in continental Europe.
  • Supervise the LNG terminal and implement the company's annual objectives.
  • Mentor directors, promote a feedback culture, and develop team skills.
  • Ensure daily terminal operations comply with budget and legal standards.
  • Promote safety and prevent accidents/incidents.
  • Drive strategic projects such as continuous improvement and energy transition.

  • Master's in engineering (specialization in electromechanical/electricity, energy, or chemistry).
  • 10-15 years of experience in managing industrial sites.
  • Proven experience in team management and communication.
  • Critical thinking and ability to handle stress.
  • Languages : Proficiency in French & Dutch , good English
  • Availability to reside in Belgium and commute daily to French border.
