On top of this, our people are encouraged to further develop their competencies through regular training initiatives, and they are rewarded with competitive compensation and benefits packages.For more information about Tessenderlo Group, our people, our brands, and our results, please visit .Job DescriptionFor our HR Services department, responsible for managing payroll and benefits administration across our companies in Belgium (Brussels, Vilvoorde, Ham, Tessenderlo, and Pelt), we are seeking an HR Services employee with a focus on projects and processes.The position is based in Ham, Belgium, but will require regular travel to our other sites in Belgium.You will:
  • Work closely with the HR Services Manager to analyze current Belgian payroll and benefits activities as well as future needs, in order to identify and implement the most optimal solutions.
  • Closely collaborate with other departments such as local HR teams, Finance, and external suppliers.
  • Provide support to the HR Services manager in administering payroll and benefits for our Belgian companies.
  • Actively participate in implementing automatic reporting, converting payroll and benefit costs for accounting purposes, and facilitating audits.
  • Translate rewards processes into daily payroll and benefits procedures, including bonus cycles and foreign payroll.
  • Contribute to broader HR projects when necessary.
  • Report to the Group Rewards manager.
Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in payroll and benefits, preferably in an operational HR role, with additional experience in broader HR services.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Experience with project work.
  • Familiarity with Attentia's payroll system is a plus.
  • Sound basic knowledge of socio-legal legislation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Bilingual in Dutch/French.
  • Strong team player.
