- Define and execute the global growth and revenue strategy to support our ambitious scaling goals and sales targets.
- Challenge and collaborate with the Marketing Manager (content, email, social, campaigns) and the Growth Manager (paid acquisition, tracking, experimentation).
- Own the performance marketing vision across paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc).
- Define and implement different upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Manage direct sales relationships with major labels and high-profile artists.
- Monitor and optimize key KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, conversion rate) across the entire funnel.
- Lead cross-functional projects with Product, Data, and Design to unlock growth opportunities and optimize the user journey on Winamp for Creators platform
- Ensure structured testing frameworks (A/B tests, multivariate tests, audience segmentation) are in place to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate on the creation of high-performing ad creatives and provide input on brand and messaging strategy.
- Supervise the development of dashboards and reporting tools to monitor results, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth levers and emerging platforms relevant to the music streaming and creator economy.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and revenue generation, with strong expertise in go-to-market strategy and SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive revenue generation strategies.
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with the capacity to balance rapid experimentation and long-term strategic vision.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate complex data and ideas into clear, actionable insights.
- Natural leadership mindset: passionate about guiding teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable thriving in fast-paced environments with high expectations.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative, disruptive ideas.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an asset.
- Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools (e.g. Odoo).
- Previous experience in the music industry or creator economy.
