- Accountable for the company's transversal business solutions; which includes their appropriate usage• Propose roadmaps that ensure solutions' evolution and adequacy with the technologies.• Challenges the business when a new structure and/or organization is needed to ensure higher efficiency in business processes and application usages.• Accountable for the solution(s), roadmap, and complete lifecycle for which they are owners• Ensure intake of internal client inquiries and categorize them to apply the most appropriate process (service requests, incident or problem requests, change requests, or completely new service requests or projects)• Propose the most appropriate solution to business requests• Improve existing applications• Develops a new dedicated solution• Adopt an SW solution available on the market• Combination of the above solutions• Identify product/solution opportunities and develop a business case that evaluates those opportunities• When requested, prepare, configure and maintain solution(s) to sustain demo, training and support needs• Support of the applications for which they are owners• Ensure investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and hand-over or, if necessary, escalate the issue to another• Follow up on SLA, issues, and risks in customer service; define solutions and/or temporary workarounds• Create and maintain technical documentation in appropriate systems, as well as ensure periodic service-level reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related Technology/Business-Oriented degree
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Working cross-functionally with various technical and business teams
- Previous involvement in complex IT projects Management (ERP implementation, CRM, ...)
- Working in a hybrid environment (Agile/Waterfall)
- The conception of data models/database schema.
- UML diagrams and BPMN annotations.
- Microservice architecture and API
- Knowledge of the Microsoft environment - Dynamics 365 and more specifically Customer Engagement (CE), BI (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI), ETL, Azure data factory, Power automate, and Power Apps - is a significant asset.
- Background in Front-End (HTML/CSS/JS, ECMAScript 6, jQuery, React, Angular, Bootstrap, …) is plus
- Knowledge of O365, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps will ease the onboarding
- Good analytical skills
