- You will be responsible for conducting research in national and EU law, analyzing legal issues, and drafting summaries and legal opinions in English in connection with a variety of life science and chemicals matters;
- You will assist in preparing filings with EU or national bodies such as the European Food Safety Authority or the German Institute of Risk Assessment. You will work with fellow associates and in-house scientists under the guidance of partners from the relevant practice areas of the Brussels and other international offices.
- You have a scientific background and/or a strong interest in developing expertise and in providing services in legal and regulatory EU and international issues regarding food packaging, waste, green claims, cosmetics, drugs, medical devices, and chemicals;
- You have excellent academic records with, preferably, a postgraduate degree in European Law;
- You are admitted in an EU bar;
- You are fluent in English and you possess a good working knowledge of another EU language, preferably German;
- You are interested in a long-term commitment;
- You have between 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- In addition to working in the packaging and sustainability practice groups, work on numerous life science and chemicals matters for a broad spectrum of international clients;
