PositioningThe Product Manager will report to the Product Marketing Team Lead.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for a part of the product range and related electrification processes.You build a strong product development plan per model within your assigned product portfolio. You closely follow up on market evolution and competitiveness of the electrified KIA range.You will assist in the implementation of new services (e-mobility) as extension of the existing products.You manage your assigned product portfolio from A to Z: go-to-market strategy of new products, pricing development, calculations of gross profit levels in collaboration with Finance department, adaptation of European product line up to local market requirements, commercial actions.You work closely together with all departments (MarCom, PR, Sales, Fleet, Finance, Business Intelligence, Aftersales) to secure information sharing and pro-active decision making.You report to and partner up with the Product Marketing Team Lead to ensure a competitive product set-up.You collaborate with your own team members and other departments’ colleagues on specific cross-model development topics.ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or Economics.You have at least two years of experience in a relevant role in the automotive industry (product management, pricing, BI, etc.) or in a product management role in a related business with proven affinity and deep interest in automotive industry.Strong interest in Product Management, automotive and electrification.You are highly analytical, you can deal with a large amount of complex data.You have a strategic vision and good presentation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical mind, autonomous, result-oriented, proactive and team spirit.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.Very fluent in French, Dutch and English.OfferA fast growing and ambitious international companyA challenge to a very interesting and varied role, highly autonomous and with real responsibilitiesAn In depth product training program, including systems and toolsAn attractive salary package, company car and fuel card, PC, smartphone, pension plan and health insurance
